2 years building the internal operations platform of a real school catering company in Catalonia. A 24-sheet Excel, formulas that kept breaking, scattered scripts... until it all connected into a single FastAPI + SQLite + AI-agents system.
Out of that came a conviction: SMEs don't need more generic SaaS. They need code that speaks their language.
